Get ready to sweat! Taught by the expert physical therapists at FLPT, this workout will start with the foundational tools for an effective warm-up [mobility, dynamic stretching, 3D running drills] followed by a strength workout that focuses on the muscle groups runners need the most to generate power and speed.
